Arizona law authorizes the Supreme Court to increase certain fees concerning justice courts “in an amount not to exceed the percent change in the average consumer price index &91;(CPI)&93; . . . between that figure for the latest calendar year and the calendar year in which the last fee increase occurred.” A.R.S. § 22-281(F). 1 Replies and 631 Views ACJA § 2-301: Appellate Court Fees   Started by  Amanda McQueen The proposed amendments update filing fee amounts in appellate courts. A.R.S. § 12-119.01(C) authorizes the Supreme Court to increase the fees in the class A and class B amounts prescribed by A.R.S. § 12-119.01(A).
