    Amends § 7-201: General Requirements for a major reorganization and restyling of ACJA § 7-201. The proposal takes the existing section and breaks it into 40, separate sections numbered from 7-201.01 through 7-201.40.1-202. This will provide for more efficient Board action and licensing processes conducted by Certification & Licensing Division staff.

    See the attached Distribution table for a crosswalk of section changes and the Executive Summary for section descriptions.

    The original executive summary does not contain information on each of the proposed section. To provide additional clarity and explanation we are attaching to this message a revised executive summary.


    Please see the attached Executive Summary for descriptions of the substantive changes, if any, in each of the new sections.
